Standard triathlon suit.   The back is exposed, which releases the pressure he's putting on the chest.  The highly resilient fabric is close to the skin, providing excellent ductility and close-fitting effect to support muscles and prevent fatigue. It has excellent reliability and very low resistance when swimming, and can expel sweat and salt from the inside out, so as to achieve continuous temperature regulation.
